tropical fruit, minerality and cream. This wine displays classic aromas of lemon curd,
stone fruit and white flower blossoms in the forefront. The harmonious blend of four
Niagara sub appellations, delivers crisp acidity with defined fruit attributes that
are ripe and focus lending gooseberry, melon and flint flavours. Further enhancement
was achieved by 8% barrel fermentation contributing a rich mouth-feel and pleasant finish.
